My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and personalized. I create a safe space for clients to explore their struggles, build resilience, and work through the emotional or psychological barriers impacting their well-being.
Because each person’s journey is unique, I take a holistic and flexible approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods to meet your individual needs. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and am a certified trauma professional.
While I can’t solve your problems for you, I can offer tools, guidance, and encouragement as you do the work of healing. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and ready to live a more connected, meaningful life.

Holli Sokolick
Resident in Counseling, Managing DirectorI take a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in your capacity to heal and grow, and I work with you to identify your strengths and move toward meaningful change.
My style is flexible and personalized, drawing from approaches like Person-Centered Counseling, CBT, EMDR, and ACT. I focus on empathy, collaboration, and helping you feel truly heard.
In our first session, we’ll talk about your goals, clarify what matters most to you, and begin shaping a path forward. It’s an honor to hold space for your story and be part of your healing journey.

Kim Hudson
Resident in CounselingI am passionate about supporting clients as they move toward greater emotional balance, self-understanding, and confidence in their daily lives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship difficulties, and stress related to life changes. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel genuinely seen and heard.
I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients develop practical tools for managing emotions, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building meaningful, values-aligned lives. I believe therapy is most effective when it combines insight with skills that clients can use beyond the therapy room.
I am currently completing supervised clinical hours toward licensure as a professional counselor in Virginia and am honored to to support clients’ healing and growth.
Anna Driver
Resident in CounselingI take a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and practical support, and I work collaboratively with each client to help them move toward lasting growth and emotional well-being.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, where I have provided crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy, and emotional support.
My style is warm, grounded, and personalized. I draw from evidence-based approaches while honoring each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals. Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years in advocacy and community support roles, helping individuals and families navigate crisis, housing instability, and trauma recovery. That background continues to shape my commitment to meeting clients with empathy, respect, and practical care.
Melissa Addessi

My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in helping clients feel understood while developing practical tools for healing and growth.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient and community mental health settings. My clinical work has included supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and family stressors. I have also worked closely with children and teens in intensive in-home and therapeutic day treatment settings, collaborating with families, schools, and other providers to support long-term success.
I value creating an environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and genuinely heard. My goal is to meet each person with empathy and curiosity while tailoring treatment to their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Mackenzie Collins
InternI believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients can show up authentically and feel genuinely heard. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered, with a focus on building trust and meaningful connection within the therapeutic relationship.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University. My training and professional experiences have strengthened my passion for supporting clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
Before entering the counseling field, I worked closely with children and adolescents with developmental, physical, and emotional needs in behavioral health and camp settings. These experiences deepened my patience, adaptability, and ability to support others through challenges and growth.
My clinical interests include grief and loss, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions, and identity development. I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and greater self-understanding.
