Resident in Counseling (Full-Time)

Restorative Mental Health is a fast-growing, trauma-informed group practice seeking a full-time Resident in Counseling who is passionate about meaningful clinical work and professional growth.

Position Highlights/Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 6 months as a Resident in Counseling 

• Experience in a private practice setting

• Passion for providing trauma-informed care

• Trained in EMDR, or willingness to complete training (paid for by employer if attending an employer-selected instructor) 

• Self-motivated and committed to personal growth and development 

• Strong clinical and communication skills 

• Strong ethics, professionalism, and growth mindset

• Prefers to work primarily with adult clients
