A Personal Welcome
I believe healing is possible for everyone. Sometimes life's experiences leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, or the life we want to live. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand those experiences, reconnect with your values, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone.
I take a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow. My role isn't to tell you who you should be or to "fix" your problems. Instead, we'll work together to better understand what's getting in the way, identify your strengths, and create a path forward that reflects your values and goals.
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and deeply personalized. Every person's story is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs while drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. My focus is always on helping you feel genuinely heard while supporting meaningful healing rather than simply managing symptoms.

My Approach
Clients tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and direct—someone who creates a safe, supportive environment while gently helping them move beyond patterns that no longer serve them. I strive to balance empathy with practical guidance so that therapy feels both meaningful and actionable. My goal is for every client to feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered throughout the healing process.
Collaborative Care
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring clinical knowledge, curiosity, and support while we work together to discover the path that best fits your goals, values, and experiences.
Healing Beyond Coping
Therapy isn't only about learning to manage symptoms. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences that have shaped your current struggles so healing can occur at a deeper level.
Evidence-Based Therapy
I integrate EMDR, ACT, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches to create an individualized treatment plan that supports meaningful, lasting change while honoring your unique strengths and experiences.

Our first session is an opportunity to begin understanding your story. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify what feels most important to you. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that reflects your needs, values, and hopes for therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.

Yes. EMDR is one of my primary treatment approaches and is integrated into treatment when clinically appropriate. EMDR helps the brain process traumatic experiences and other distressing memories so they no longer have the same emotional impact in the present, allowing space for healing and growth.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to take it alone. If you're ready to better understand yourself, work through life's challenges, and move toward meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of that journey.
