A Personal Welcome

Life can be incredibly difficult at times, and you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grieving a loss, adjusting to a chronic illness, facing a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming place where you can show up authentically without fear of judgment. My role isn't to tell you what to do or have all the answers. Instead, I strive to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where we work together to better understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe healing happens through connection, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges. Every person's story is unique, and I tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals while creating an environment where you feel respected, encouraged, and understood.

I am currently completing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University. Before entering the counseling field, I worked closely with children and adolescents with developmental, physical, and emotional needs in behavioral health and camp settings. Those experiences strengthened my patience, adaptability, and appreciation for each person's unique journey.

My clinical interests include grief and loss, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions, identity development, and anxiety. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move toward the life you want to build.

My Approach

Clients often appreciate my warm, genuine presence and the supportive environment I strive to create. I believe meaningful healing begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves, and I work to ensure each client feels heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process.

A Safe Place

Therapy should be a place where you don't have to hide parts of yourself. I strive to create an environment where you feel accepted, supported, and comfortable exploring whatever brings you to counseling.

Compassionate Support

Meaningful change doesn't happen through criticism—it happens through understanding. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Connection & Collaboration

Healing happens through meaningful relationships. Together, we'll build a trusting therapeutic partnership while exploring your experiences, identifying your strengths, and working toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ready to get started?

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to take it alone. If you're ready to better understand yourself, work through life's challenges, and move toward meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of that journey.
