A Personal Welcome
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is often one of the hardest—and bravest—steps to take. Whether you're navigating anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing, even when life feels uncertain. Therapy isn't about having someone tell you what to do or "fix" your problems. It's a collaborative process where we work together to better understand what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
My approach is warm, supportive, and personalized. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Because no two people are the same, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches while keeping your goals at the center of our work together.
I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Whether we're processing the impact of past experiences, navigating the transition into parenthood, or working through life's current challenges, my goal is to help you develop insight, strengthen practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
While I can't remove life's difficulties, I can walk alongside you as you navigate them. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself, and more confident in your ability to face whatever comes next.

My Approach
Clients often appreciate my calm, collaborative approach and the balance of compassion and practical guidance I bring to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both accepted for who they are today and supported as they grow into who they want to become. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking difficult questions, and making progress at a pace that feels right for you.
Collaborative Care
I believe therapy works best as a partnership. Together, we'll identify your goals, explore what's contributing to your current challenges, and develop a plan that reflects your strengths, values, and unique experiences.
Compassionate Support
Healing often begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions and experiences with honesty and self-compassion.
Evidence-Based Therapy
Insight is important, but so is knowing what to do with it. Along with increasing self-awareness, we'll build practical tools and strategies that support lasting change in your everyday life.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based care. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals while creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful growth and healing.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to take it alone. If you're ready to better understand yourself, work through life's challenges, and move toward meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of that journey.
