What should I expect?
When you begin therapy with us, you can expect more than just a listening ear. We use evidence-based, advanced techniques tailored to your needs—no parroting or surface-level advice here. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on creating real change. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop strategies you can carry into daily life. Our goal is to provide a supportive, yet active space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

What is the cost?
We believe therapy should be accessible and transparent. We accept Sentara and Anthem (BCBS) insurance plans, including both commercial and Medicaid coverage. For those paying out of pocket, self-pay rates are $200 per 60-minute session with a licensed clinician and $100 per 60-minute session with a resident in counseling.

All of our therapists are available for talk therapy sessions, and both new and existing clients can schedule appointments completely online. With flexible availability and a simple scheduling process, getting started—or staying consistent—has never been easier.
